Receta Sour Cream Pound Cake

Ingredientes
- 3 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. butter
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1Â 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 4Â 1/2 c. cake flour
- 1 pch salt
- 2 tsp vanilla
Direcciones
- Cream together sugar and butter. Add in Large eggs and beat well. In a separate bowl, combine lowfat sour cream and baking soda and stir. In another bowl, combine flour and salt. Alternately add in lowfat sour cream and flour mixtures to sugar and butter mix. Stir in vanilla. Pour batter into a loaf pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 325 for 1 hour and 30 min or possibly till center is done when a toothpick is inserted in the center of the cake. Cold before cutting and serving.
- Note: Slimmers -: It is not called a lb. cake because it is diet food.
- Use your favorite sugar and egg substitutes and fat free lowfat sour cream.
