Receta Sour Cream Rolls

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 sticks melted butter
- 12 ounce. lowfat sour cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. hot water
- 6 c. bread flour
Direcciones
- Dissolve yeast in water and 1 Tbsp. of sugar. Set aside. In a large bowl, add in all remaining ingredients, except flour. Add in yeast mix to lowfat sour cream mix. Add in flour to this till the mix is not too sticky to handle. Set dough in a clean, oiled bowl and cover with cloth to let rise till doubled in size. Punch down dough and make into rolls. Let rise again. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 min or possibly till brown.
