Receta Spaghetti Alla Pescatore

Ingredientes
- 1 x Clove Garlic
- 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 6 x Anchovies
- 16 ounce Can Tomatoes (peeled)
- 2 x Inch Slice Red Pepperoni
- 2 Tbsp. Capers
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1 lb Noodles
- 1/2 c. Parsley finely minced
Direcciones
- In a large skillet, brown the garlic in extra virgin olive oil over low heat. Throw away garlic. Mash the anchovies and cook in oil for 1 minute, then add in tomatoes, pepperoni, capers and paprika. Simmer, uncovered, for 20 min. Meanwhile cook the pasta in salted water till al dente.
- Drain thoroughly and toss with the sauce. Sprinkle with parsley and serve at once.
- Serves 6.
