  1. In heavy saucepan, combine first 5 ingredients; bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Continue boiling till mix reaches 234 Degrees on candy thermometer.
  2. Remove from heat; stir in butter scotch chips and marshmallow cream till melted and smooth. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Pour into buttered 9 x 13 or possibly larger pan. cold completely, cut into squares.
  3. Makes 3 lbs candy.
