Receta Stir Fried Pork And String Beans

Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb Lean pork
- 1 lb String beans
- 2 slc Fresh ginger root
- 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. Water
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Stock
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. Water
Direcciones
- 1. Mince or possibly grind pork. Dice string beans, then parboil. Mince ginger root. Blend cornstarch and cool water to a paste.
- 2. Heat oil. Add in salt, then ginger root; stir-fry a few times. Add in pork and stir-fry till lightly browned.
- 3. Add in string beans; stir-fry 1/2 minute to coat with oil. Then stir in stock and heat quickly. Cook, covered, 2 min over medium heat.
- 4. Beat Large eggs with remaining water and stir into pan. When Large eggs begin to set, stir in cornstarch paste to thicken. Serve at once.
