Receta Strawberry Banana Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 med Banana, sliced
- 1 pkt Prepared 9-inch graham cracker crumb crust, cooled
- 1 pkt (4-serv) Strawberry-Banana Jello gelatin
- 2/3 c. Boiling water
- 1/2 c. Cool water
- Â Â Ice cubes
- 3Â 1/2 c. Cold-whip topping, thawed
- 1 c. Sliced strawberries
Direcciones
- Arrange banana slices in bottom of crust. Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Combine cool water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 c.. Add in to gelatin, stirring till slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Using wire whisk, blend in whipped topping; then whip till smooth. Mix in strawberries. Refrigeratetill mix mounds. Spoon over banana in pie crust.
- Refrigerateabout 2 hrs. Garnish with additional strawberries and banana slices, if you like.
