Receta Strawberry Bottom Cheesecake Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 x graham cracker piecrust
- 4 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 ounce frzn non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
- 1 pt fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
- 1 c. strawberry glaze
Direcciones
- Beat cream cheese till smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Add in lowfat sour cream and vanilla. Mix in whipped topping.
- Spread thin layer of glaze over bottom of crust. Place strawberry slices on glaze and cover with remaining glaze. Gently spoon cream cheese mix over glazed berries.
- Cover with inverted dome and refrigeratetill set; at least four hrs. Store in fridge.
