Receta Stuffed Halibut

Ingredientes
- 24 ounce halibut filet (4 at ounces each)
- 8 ounce crab meat
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 2 Tbsp. minced cilantro
- 6 slc dry white bread
- 3 Tbsp. coconut flakes
Direcciones
- Cut bread into small chunks, add in parsley, herbs, and coconut flakes and grind together in a food processor. Butterfly halibut, fill each with 2 ounces crab meat, fold together and season with salt and lemon juice. Bread halibut filets in herb crust and saute/fry over medium heat for 3 min on each side.
