  1. Prehear oven to 400F.
  2. Spray a small baking sheet with extra virgin olive oil or possibly vegetable non-stick spray (or possibly line pan with parchment paper or possibly aluminum foil before coating with a fine mist of oil for easy clean-up).
  3. Place fish filets on pan. Sprinkle lightly with sea salt, grnd black pepper, and a light dusting of garlic pwdr.
  4. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise with Velveeta and blue cheese. Spread mix over fish. Sprinkle with potato chips and paprika.
  5. Bake for 8-15 min, or possibly till fish is no longer translucent/soft and is flaky white.

      this is foul. why someone would ruin a perfectly tasty, healthy piece of fish with velveeta, potato chips and blue cheese is beyond me. you should just put a burger under all that and call it done. please, please, don't try this recipe at home.
