Receta Stuffed Pork Chops

Ingredientes
- 4 chops at least 1 inch thick
- 2 cans tomato sauce (Spanish style)
- 1 scant c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. minced celery
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- Healthy pinch parsley flakes
- Salt and pepper
- Lowfat milk
Direcciones
- 1. Have butcher make a pocket in side of pork chop without cutting through the bone.2. Mix all ingredients (except pork chops and tomato sauce) with just a little lowfat milk to hold ingredients together.
- 3. Stuff chops with dressing.
- 4. Use skewers or possibly toothpicks to hold chops closed.
- 5. Sear chops in frying pan (ovenproof).
- 6. Arrange chops in single layer in pan.
- 7. Pour tomato sauce over chops.
- 8. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs. Must be well done.
