  1. Soak sujee in milk for an hour.
  2. Cream butter and sugar till fluffy.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time and continue to cream
  4. Fold in flour gradually.
  5. Add essence, almond and sujee mixture.
  6. Fold/ gently mix to incorporate these ingredients inside.
  7. Put cake mixture into a greased pan.
  8. Bake at 170C for 1 hour 10 mins or until cake is cooked.
