Receta Summer burgers
Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 1 egg
- 4 oz. oats
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tps Ground Black Pepper
- 2 tps Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Direcciones
- In a large bowl combine all above ingredients. Shape burgers into about ¼ inch thick patties and cook until golden char on either side or until desired preference. (Medium rare baby ;D) Ahem…moving right along…
- To plate, toast hamburger buns or Italian loaf. Dress up with tomatoes, lettuce, a splash of ketchup or Worcestershire sauce…and don’t forget the cheese. Time to party.
