Receta Summertime, Anytime Salad
This is a delightful and delicious light and quick salad that everyone will enjoy - summertime or anytime!!
Ingredientes
- Full head of lettuce (your choice)
- 1/2 fresh pineapple - cut into chunks
- 4 boxes raisins
- 1 can black, pitted olives
- 2 large apples - sliced thin leaving skin on
- 1 large orange, peeled and cut up
- 4 large plum tomatoes, cut
- 1 cup pinoli nuts (toasted in pan first)
- 1 cucumber, sliced thin
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (vinegar or lemon or your choice)
Direcciones
- Prepare all ingredients as stated above.
- Put into large bowl and toss very well.
- Serve ice cold with sandwiches, chicken, etc
