Receta Sweet And Sour Pork Tenderloin

Ingredientes
- 2 lb pork tenderloin
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp chili pwdr
- 1 tsp grnd cumin
- 4 clv garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. dry sherry (optional)
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
Direcciones
- Combine marinade and pour over pork. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Remove from the marinade and grill over medium-warm coals till done (about 20 - 25 min depending on size of tenderloin).
- Note: Slimmers -: Use low sodium soy sauce to cut out some salt.
