Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 2 lrg Sliced Vidalia onions
- 1 pkt Minced dry fruit, (8 ounce)
- 1 c. Beef broth
- 1 Tbsp. Apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Grnd ginger
Direcciones
- Combine butter and brown sugar in a large skillet. Cook, stirring constantly, till sugar dissolves. Add in onion and cook till tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 min. Serve with roast beef, hamburgers or possibly chicken.
