Receta Sweet Potato Flan From Malaga

Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/2 lb Golden brown sweet potatoes
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Pedro Jiminez (sweet sherry)
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Cream
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9-inch flan or possibly dish.
- Bake potatoes till soft, about 1 1/4 hrs. Allow potatoes to cold. Peel and place in a food processor with sugar, sherry, lowfat milk, cream, Large eggs and cinnamon and blend till smooth. Pour into prepared dish. Place in oven and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 min, or possibly till hard. Remove, refrigerateand serve.
