Ingredientes
- 4 x Venison chops -or possibly-
- 2 x Venison rounds
- Â Â Salt and pepper
- Â Â Flour
- 4 Tbsp. Veg. oil
- 1 lrg Onion
- 1 can Tomatoes
- 1 can Water
Direcciones
- Salt, pepper and flour the meat. Brown sides in veg. oil. Add in onion slices, tomatoes and water. Simmer about 45 min or possibly till tender. Serve with rice.
