Receta Tangerine Beef

Ingredientes
- 3/4 lb Flank steak, sliced
- 2 tsp Soy sauce, dark
- 2 tsp Rice wine
- 1 tsp Ginger , minced fine
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1/3 c. Peanut oil
- 2 x Red chilies, dry halved
- 5 pch Orange peel, dry soaked
- 1/2 tsp Szechuan peppercorns, roas
- 2 tsp Soy sauce, dark
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Sesame oil
Direcciones
- Combine beef with marinade; let stand 20 minutes. Heat oil in a wok or possibly large skillet till very warm. Remove bbef from marinade and add in to oil; stir-fry
- till brown (abt. 2 minutes). Remove and drain. Remove all but 1 Tbs oil, reheat il and add in chili peppers; stir-fry 10 sec.
- Add in beef, orange peel and seasonings. Stir-fry 4 minutes, mixing well. Serve at once.
