Receta Tauraso's Blueberry Cobbler

Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/2 c. Flour
- 3/8 tsp Salt
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2Â 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 6 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
- 3/4 c. Heavy cream
- Â Â FILLING
- 4Â 1/2 c. Blueberries
- 1/3 c. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Flour

- DOUGH
- For the Dough: Sift the dry ingredients together, then cut the butter into the mix. Add in the heavy cream, but don't overmix.
- For the Filling: Toss all the filling ingredients together so they are well mixed.
- Place the berry mix in a buttered and sugared baking dish. Roll the dough out to cover the dish and place over the fruit. Bake in a preheated 375 F oven for 35 to 40 min.
- Remove from oven and allow to cold slightly. Serve hot with a dollop of whipped cream or possibly a scoop of ice cream, according to taste.
