Receta Tex Mex Rice

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. Onion minced
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 c. Rice raw
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 x Garlic Cloves
- 2Â 1/2 c. Vegetable Broth
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Grnd Cumin
- 1 x Red Bell Pepper
Direcciones
- Mince garlic. Remove seeds and dice bell pepper.
- In dutch oven, cook onion, garlic and raw rice in oil till onion is tender and rice is lightly browned.
- Add in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Stir in cumin and black pepper.
- Cover tightly and simmer 20 min. Remove from heat. Stir in bell pepper. Let stand covered till all liquid is absorbed, about 5 min.
