- 1 teaspoon each grated fresh ginger, chopped garlic and Oriental sesame oil
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 4 ounce. uncooked Udon noodles or possibly linguine (2 c. cooked)
- 1/4 c. water combined with 2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/4 c. minced fresh cilantro or possibly green onion tops
