Receta The Good Egg Salad Sandwich

Ingredientes
- 4 x hard-boiled egg whites
- 3 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. diced green onions
- 2 Tbsp. diced celery
- 1/4 tsp dry tarragon
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- Â Â Salt to taste, (optional)
- 4 slc whole-wheat or possibly rye bread
- 2 lrg lettuce leaves
- Â Â Thinly-sliced tomatoes as needed
Direcciones
- Coarsely mash the egg whites with a fork. Add in the mayonnaise, mustard, green onions, celery, tarragon, pepper and optional salt; mix well. Use immediately or possibly chill overnight.
- Make two sandwiches, adding lettuce and sliced tomatoes to each. Cut the sandwiches in half. Serve immediately or possibly wrap airtight and chill.
- This recipe yields 2 servings.
