Receta Tomato Quick Bread

Ingredientes
- 2Â 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1 pch baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1 tsp oregano crushed
- 1 tsp basil
- 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/4 c. parmesan cheese grated
- 1Â 1/2 c. fresh tomato peeled and minced
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk (1/3 to 1/2)
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 c. oil
Direcciones
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, drain tomatoes, pouring liquid ina measuring c., add in sufficient lowfat milk to make 2/3 c liquid. Blend liqiud with Large eggs, oil and honey, then stir into dry till moist, add in tomatoes and pur batter into well greased 4x8 inch loaf pan - place in preheated 350 oven for 60-0 min [cover with a foil tent if it starts to brown earlier - but keep baking till bottom taps hollow. Cold ten min IN THE PAN and cold throughly on rack before slicing - keeps well in frig or possibly freezer.
