Receta Tuna Croquette

Ingredientes
- 1 can (7 ounce.) tuna
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
Direcciones
- Drain tuna and flake. Fold in lemon juice. Heat butter and blend in flour to make a thick white sauce. Add in to tuna mix. Mix well. Refrigerateone hour or possibly longer. Shape into croquettes. Place croquettes in egg then bread crumbs, repeat once more. Place on plate. Refrigerate1/2 to 3/4 hour. Fry in deep fat till golden. Make medium white sauce (with a lot of cheese). Pour over cooked croquettes. Makes 4 to 6.
