Receta Turkey Tetrazzini

Ingredientes
- 6 ounce. spaghetti, cooked
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 2/3 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. cream
- 1/4 c. sherry
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pepper to taste
- 1/2 pound mushrooms
- 1/2 c. minced green peppers
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- In large pot, heat butter; add in flour and whisk. Add in wine, cream, seasonings, cheese, turkey, mushrooms and green peppers. Place cooked spaghetti in bottom of baking dish and top with tetrazzini mix. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 min.
