Receta Vermont Style Cream Corn

Ingredientes
- 1/4 pound bacon, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 boxes frzn corn, thawed
- 1/2 c. maple syrup
- 2 c. half and half
- Salt & pepper to taste
Direcciones
- In skillet, saute/fry bacon till crisp, add in onion and butter, saute/fry till onion is clear. Add in flour and stir over medium heat for 4 to 5 min. Add in all remaining ingredients. Simmer for 5 min, stirring constantly. Salt and pepper to taste.
