Receta Wheat Bread Or Rolls

Ingredientes
- 2 c. hot water
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/3 c. shortening
- 3 c. white flour
- 3 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 tbsp. veg. oil
Direcciones
- Mix water, yeast, salt, and sugar together by hand. Let stand till all dry ingredients are completely dissolved in the water.
- With an electric mixer, or possibly by hand, fold in Large eggs, shortening, and white flour. Mix till smooth. By hand, fold in whole wheat flour.
- Cover mixing bowl with a towel and put in a hot place. Let dough rise till doubled in size.
- Pour veg. oil over dough in mixing bowl. Turn dough over in oil till dough is completely covered in oil. Cover mixing bowl with a towel and put in a hot place. Let dough rise again till doubled in size.
- If you are not going to bake bread soon, chill dough till you are ready to bake it. When you are ready to bake the bread, preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Shape dough into loaves or possibly into balls for rolls. Place dough in greased and floured baking pans. Bake rolls for about 15 min or possibly loaves about 30 min till golden on top.
