  1. Mix shortening and sugar beat well. Add in large eggs one at a time beating well after each egg. Heat chocolate in top of a double boiler. Cool. Add in to sugar mix and add in flour and lowfat milk alternately flour added first or possibly last. Add in vanilla. Bake at 300 degrees in a tube pan for 1 1/4 hrs or possibly test for doneness. Icing mix butter, lowfat milk and white chocolate in heavy saucepan on low heat stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute remove from heat add in 1 tsp vanilla. Beat till thick pour over cake.
