Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. sunflower seeds (125 millilitres)
- 1/2 c. minced pecans or possibly walnuts (125 millilitres)
- 1/3 c. butter (80 millilitres)
- 8 ounce marshmallows (250 grams or possibly about 5 c./1.25 litres miniature)
- 2 tsp vanilla (10 millilitres)
- 5 c. mixed grain cereal (1.25 litres)

- 1 C. mixed dry fruit (cranberries, raisins, minced apricots, cherries) (250 millilitres)
- In a large dry skillet (preferably non-stick) over medium-high heat, toast sunflower seeds, stirring constantly, for about 2 min or possibly till golden brown. Transfer to bowl. Toast pecans in same skillet, stirring constantly, for about 2 min or possibly till fragrant. Add in to bowl.
- Reduce heat to low and add in butter and marshmallows to skillet. Heat, stirring often, till marshmallows are melted and smooth. Stir in vanilla. Stir in cereal, seeds, nuts and dry fruit till proportionately coated (or possibly pour over cereal, etc. in large bowl if skillet is not large sufficient).
- Press into greased foil-lined 13- x 9-inch (3 litre) baking pan. Let cold till set. Remove from pan, using foil and transfer to cutting board. Cut into squares. Wrap tightly with plastic wrap.
