Receta Apple Pasta Salad

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce Nonfat Yogurt plain
- 8 ounce crushed pineapple unsweetened and undrained
- 1/2 tsp Salt optional
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Dry Mustard
- 1 tsp Crystallized Ginger finely minced
- 1 Tbsp. Honey to taste
- 2 c. pasta (Rotini) uncooked
- 1/2 c. Carrot shredded
- 1 c. Celery sliced
- 1/4 c. Green Onions sliced, optional
- 1/4 c. Raisins
- 3 c. Apples peel & dice

- 1. Thoroughly combine yogurt, pineapple, salt, spices, ginger and honey; chill.
- 2. Cook pasta according to directions, omitting salt. Rinse with cool water and drain thoroughly. Cold completely.
- 3. In large bowl, combine all ingredients including yogurt dressing.
- Refrigeratethoroughly before serving.
- Makes 8 1cup servings.
