Ingredientes
- 8 ounce Dry apple slices
- 2 x Cinnamon sticks
- 4 whl cloves
- 1 1/2 quart Cool water Honey or possibly sugar to taste
Direcciones
- Place the apple slices, cinnamon, cloves and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer 15 min. Sweeten with honey or possibly sugar, and strain into tea glasses, pushing gently on the apples to remove all the liquid.
- This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
