Receta Arroz con Azafran (Saffron Rice)
Easy prep recipe for savory rice using Sazon Goya con Azafran.
This recipe will work with Latin, Indian, and other cuisines.
Ingredientes
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 2 cups chicken both
- 2 tbs. butter
- 1 tbs. chopped scallions
- 1 packet Sazon
- 1 tbs. chopped cilantro
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cracked pepper
- optional: 1/2 cup frozen peas
Direcciones
- Bring broth to a boil, add other ingredients, stir well.
- Bring back to a boil, turn on low, cover.
- Cook 20 minutes.
- Let the rice sit 5 minutes, fluff with a fork.
