Receta Aunt Lina's Carrot Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 1/3 c. Sugar
- 1 1/3 c. Water
- 1 c. Seeded raisins
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 lrg Carrots, grated
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Cloves
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 c. Walnuts
- 1 pch Salt
- 2 c. Flour
- 2 Tbsp. Baking soda
Direcciones
- Put sugar, water, raising, butter, carrots, cinnamon, cloves & nutmeg into a saucepan & boil slowly for about 5 min. Remove from heat & allow to become perfectly cool. NEVER USE WHILE STILL Hot! Then add in walnuts, salt, flour & baking soda. Bake very slowly in a loaf pan for about 1-1/2 hrs.
