Receta Avocado Ice Cream

Ingredientes
- 18 x marshmallows
- 3 Tbsp. cream
- 1 lrg or possibly 2 small avocados, mashed juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 pt whipped cream pistachio nuts
Direcciones
- Dissolve marshmallows and cream in double boiler. Cold. Add in mashed avocado, juice of half a lemon. Mix in 1/2 pint whipped cream and place in freezer. Serve with pistachio nuts-and don't tell anyone what it is till after they have eaten it.
