Receta Avocado Sunrise Omelet

Ingredientes
- 8 x Large eggs
- 1 x green onion, sliced
- 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 x California avocado, seeded
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese Salt and pepper Beat Large eggs with fork till lemon colored.
Direcciones
- * Stir in green onion, mushrooms, and avocado.
- * Add in salt and pepper to taste.
- * Pour egg mix into oiled 12-inch skillet; cook till bottom of omelet is set.
- * Flip omelet over in pan; continue to cook till set.
- * Remove omelet from pan to hot plate; sprinkle top with cheese.
- * Cut into pie-shaped wedges and serve.
