Receta Baked Apple Doughnuts

Ingredientes
- 3 c. Flour
- 3 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 c. Shortening
- 2 x Large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 c. Apples, grated
- 1/2 c. Minced nuts
- 1/2 c. Butter, melted
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
Direcciones
- Mix flour, baking pwdr, sugar, salt, and nutmeg. Cut in shortening till mix looks like crumbs. Add in Large eggs, lowfat milk, apples, nuts and mix thoroughly.
- Fill well greased tiny muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven for 20-25 min. In a plastic bag mix sugar and cinnamon. Dip doughnut tops in butter and shake in bake to coat.
