- 1 (30 ounce) can liquid removed whole kernel corn
- 1 (30 ounce) can creamed corn
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 c. butter, melted
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread or possibly muffin mix
- 2 T sugar
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients together. Bake in a greased 9 x 13 inch dish for 45 min in a 350 degree oven.
