Ingredientes
- 6 x Large eggs well beaten
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 6 slc cubed wheat bread
- 1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper Parsley Tarragon
Direcciones
- Can add in zucchini slices or possibly asparagus (any veggie you love) to Large eggs or possibly on top of bread as well as ham, bacon, or possibly sausage pcs.
- Spray pan well. Lay cubed bread in pan and whatever meat or possibly veggies you like. Add in egg mix, lay on cheese and cover, sit overnight in refrigerator.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min, covered, and ten min uncovered.
