Receta Baked Grapefruit

Ingredientes
- 1 x grapefruit (pink grapefruit preferred)
- 2 tsp butter or possibly margarine
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 x maraschino cherries with stems
Direcciones
- Cut grapefruit in half. Using grapefruit knife, cut sections and loosen fruit from shell. Dot each half with 1 tsp. of butter. Sprinkle each half with 1 Tbsp. of brown sugar. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon over brown sugar.
- Place in baking pan and bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 5 min, then broil till top is bubbly. Remove from oven and place in serving bowl and put a maraschino cherry in the center.
- This recipe yields 2 servings.
