Ingredientes
- 1/4 lb butter
- 2 lb round steak, 1 inch thick
- 1 sm can mushrooms, liquid removed
- 1 env dry onion soup mix
Direcciones
- Spread butter on steak. Sprinkle mushrooms over steak; cover with soup mix. Wrap in 2 thicknesses of foil; place in covered roaster with rack. Bake at 325 for 2 hrs.
