Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. Butter
- 1 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 1/2 c. Mashed bananas
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Buttermilk
- 3/4 c. Nuts, minced
Direcciones
- Cream together butter and sugar. Add in banana, Large eggs, and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients. Add in alternately with buttermilk. Blend well. Stir in nuts, and pour into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1-1/4 hrs.
