Receta Banana Sour Cream Waffles

Ingredientes
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, separated
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 banana, mashed
Direcciones
- Sift together dry ingredients. Set aside. Mix together beaten egg yolk, lowfat sour cream, lowfat milk, butter and whipped egg white, and pour into oiled waffle iron or possibly oiled pan. Cook each side till brown. Serves 4.
