Receta Barbecue Sauce Williams Sonoma

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 x yellow onion minced
- 1/2 c. finely minced celery
- 1 1/3 c. ketchup
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Direcciones
- Hot the oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat, add in the onion and celery. Stir and cook till the vegetables are soft, about 7 min.
- Add in the ketchup, vinegar, water, sugar, cayenne and salt. Stir well. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to low, cover partially and simmer till the sauce has thickened, 15-20 min. Cold and serve.
- Yield: 2 1/4 c.
