Receta Bean And Bacon Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 (16 ounce.) cans whole green beans, liquid removed (I use 1 quart. canned green beans)
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 hard cooked Large eggs, minced
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 2 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 slices bacon, crisp
- Crisp greens
- Paprika
Direcciones
- Combine beans, onions, salad oil, 1/4 c. vinegar, 1/2 tsp. salt, and pepper. Toss lightly. Cover and chill. Mix remaining ingredients, except bacon, greens, and paprika. Just before serving, drain bean mix and toss with bacon. Serve on greens; top with spoonful of egg mix and sprinkle with paprika.
