Receta Beef Vegetable Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 (16 ounce.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 (16 ounce.) can mixed vegetables or possibly use 1 pkg. frzn vegetables
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 c. orzo
- 5-6 cans water added to meat after fat has been liquid removed
Direcciones
- Brown hamburger in large pan; drain off fat. Add in to the meat mix the following: Stewed tomatoes, add in 5 to 6 cans of water, mixed vegetables, onion soup mix, orzo, pasta. Bring all to a boiling point. Reduce heat and simmer 30-40 min. I add in my own herbs and seasonings that is optional.
