Receta Best Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 c. butter
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 c. Quaker oats (quick or possibly old fashioned)
Direcciones
- Beat together butter and sugars. Then beat in Large eggs and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients except oatmeal and add in to creamed mix, mixing well. Stir in oatmeal. Refrigeratefor 1 hour.
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto non-stick baking sheet. Bake 8-9 min for a chewy cookie. Cold. Store in a tightly covered container. Makes 4 1/2 dozen.
