Receta Blackberry Coconut Cookies

Ingredientes
- 3 1/4 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Shortening
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 1 c. Brown sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Water
- 2 c. Flaked cocoanut
- 1 tsp Almond extract Blackberry jam
Direcciones
- Measure flour. Add in soda and salt; blend in well. Cream shortening, sugars and Large eggs thoroughly. add in water and almond extract and mix well. Blend in flour mix. Stir in cocoanut. Drop mix by level tsp. 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Make small dent in top of each cookie with a thimble. Place 1/2 teaspoon Blackberry jam on each cookie. Bake at 400 for 10-12 min.
