  1. Combine bran & buttermilk; stand 5 mins to soften.
  2. Stir in Large eggs, undrained pineapple & melted butter.
  3. Combine flour, brown sugar, salt, baking soda & nuts.
  4. Add in dry mix to wet mix and stir till just combined.
  5. Spoon into grased muffin pans, bake for 25 mins at 375F.
  6. Makes about 24 muffins
