Receta Broccoli Custard

Ingredientes
- 2 lb Minced broccoli
- 2 c. Creamy cottage cheese
- 1 can (8-ounce) whole kernel corn, liquid removed
- 4 x Large eggs, beaten
- 1/3 c. Minced green onion
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 dsh Tabasco
- 1/4 c. Melted butter
- 2/3 c. Seasoned bread crumbs
Direcciones
- Place broccoli in a greased casserole 1x7x2 inches. Combine cottage cheese, Large eggs in a large bowl - mix well. Add in onion, corn, cheese and pepper sauce.
- Mix and pour over broccoli. Heat butter and mix well with bread crumbs.
- Spread over top. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 min. Cold 5 min before serving.
