Receta Brownies With Fudge Icing

Ingredientes
- 2 x (1-oz) squares unsweetened chocolate
- 1 c. butter
- 4 lrg Large eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. minced pecans Fudge icing (recipe follows)
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Direcciones
- Cook chocolate and butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat till melted, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and cold mix slightly.
- Beat Large eggs and net 3 ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer till thick and pale about 5 min. Fold one-third of chocolate mix into egg mix. Fold remaining chocolate mix, flour and pecans. Pour into a greased and floured 13x9-inch pan.
- Bake at 350 for 45 min. Pour hot Fudge Icing over warm brownies. Cold on a wire rack.
- Yield: 2 dozen.
- Fudge Icing:Bring fist 4 ingredients to a boil over medium heat, whisking con- stantly; boil 1 minute or possibly till sugar dissolves. Add in vanilla and beat 1 minute.
